ALTERNATE BOARD MEMBER: Larry Eldridge

I was born and raised in the Spokane Valley and graduated from Gonzaga Prep. I enlisted in the Navy for four years and after being discharged from the Navy, I moved to the Seattle area where I attended and graduated from the University of Washington.

From Seattle, my family and I moved to Lake Oswego, Oregon where we resided for thirty years. I worked for a company that has been family owned for over 120 years. I retired in 2002, moving back to Washington State, taking up residence at Diamond Lake, on property that has been in my wife’s family since the 1950’s.

I think it is important to be involved in the community in some manner. I am a member of Pend Oreille County FD #3. I joined the DLIA, viewing this association as a valuable organization to help maintain the quality of the area we call home.
